Didn't work. Contrary, gained 5lbs more while on this supplement
I have heard about this product some time ago. My friend used it to shed some weight before her wedding and she was successful in her endeavor. So I've decided to give it a try when I (due to the medication I was on) gained 8lbs and I wanted to get rid of them. The product came with the diet plan. I followed it religiously and also doubled my exercise routine which consists of tennis 4 times a week, biking to and from work everyday and ballroom dancing practice twice a week plus Pilates. To make a long story short. I didn't lose anything. I actually gained 5 more lbs. On the other hand my skin never looked better. Don't know if it's due to the extra weight that helped to smooth it or if it's due to this product. But I bought it to help me lose weight and it had an opposite effect on me for ... Also it made me quite uncomfortably constipated for about two weeks. I decided to stop taking it for a month or two and stick just to my exercise and diet without any supplements. I believe I'll be more successful that way. Over all I think this product doesn't work for loosing weight. I will not purchase it again. It was lost money and gained weight. It may work for others but me and this product didn't work together well at all.
