Item was as describe. The only complaint I have is the "shoulder" strap is a little small/short. The "hand" strap sticks under your armpit when you use the shoulder strap. May just remove the shoulder straps and use the hand/cross chest straps only. Other than that, the purse is very nice and holds all my stuff, lol. I'm happy with it and already using it.
