This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company on here. They extremely poorly packaged the hat case they sent so it showed up completely smashed. They kept taking forever to respond to everything. Every offer to fix it that I agreed on they took back. Sent me on a month long drama and didn't follow through in any way. Then Everhart just ask me to send the product back after I had already numerous messages ago tried to do that and they declined.
