The motor isn’t very strong and kept getting stuck on the herbs at 1/4 and 1/2 full. It was easier to use a hand held grinder.

Thanks for the feedback. you could have told me you were having problems using your item. I would have told you that you have to use grinder clear side down. but I guess it was easier to leave neg feedback than returning your item or learning how to use it properly.
