I have owned this type of CD DVD player for sometime now and can attest that it has some of the best sound and video clarity I have ever used. I love the 5 disc units for my business waiting room as it is easy to load and play. I get several hours of playtime whether I set it to play CD's or have it to show videos on my flat screen TV where I use it for demo's and instructional videos. If you are able to get one with a remote control it saves buying one which usually cost $20 and up.

This player replaces on I had for years. It accidently fell and some gears broke. I saw this on ebay and purchased it. The sound is as great as my original. Everything about it is quality. Sound, ease of use, 5 disc capacity. over all just a really great player. I would highly recommend this sony model.

I have owned this model changer for years. I like the ability to do all function from the front panel. Many players are toast if you lose the remote. The biggest draw back is the optical head assembly. It seems the motor that rotates the disc stops working. The unit cannot read the disc if it stationary. I have replaced this assembly several times. I will continue to use this changer as long as possible. I feel like this the best carousel Sony ever made.
