They sold me a broke, out of warranty copier! I've have never had this issue with ANY product or service purchased on eBay before! I contacted customer support and requested a return label and FULL refund to include shipping! I do not care to do business with this seller anymore. There is nothing they can do to make it right other than give me a full refund and then send me a return shipping label within three days.

    Perfect size, nice print

    Now that I have it working I like this printer. The printer is small, doesn't take up a lot of space like my last printer did, printing is easy and it does a good job. Set up was a bit difficult, I had to hook up a USB cord so the computer could find the printer, once it finds the printer you take away the USB. This is only a problem if you setup requires you to crawl under the desk. Got the printer working and I like it, it prints!

    print scan doctor saved the day.

    I love the printer. it took 20 minutes to set up on my computer. On my husbands computer, it took 5 days to get it working . thank goodness for print and scan doctor.

    HP printing is worth the value

    Absolutely worth it not only did I get the HP printer but I have the Insta ink program which is very fair pricing and I never have to worry about refilling my ink or my paper. Everything‘s taken care of. They keep track of it. Awesome machine it prints very well very pleased with it always have liked HP Hewitt Packard.

    Great multi-function printer

    Works good, easy to install, great price, with scanner, copier and printer in one package. I really like it, and it works on my Windows 7 computer. Now the cons: small paper rack but normal for today's printers. Small ink cartridge but also normal for today's printers.
