Asked the seller to refund the shipping since I paid $25 and it cost $17. Was told no cause it costs for supplies despite the fact that it was a USPS self sealing box. Plus, “I was lucky to get such a great deal”.Fine I agreed to that price even though they paid less.Then I opened the box and it wreaked of cigarettes and it was clearly black, not green as advertised. I asked to return the item but was told I would have to pay for return shipping. $60 wasn’t worth the trouble…won’t be back.
