For the price I was skeptical that it would actually be in original packaging. It was. Marketing of the Laundry Pro 2.0 says it's easy to install. That is accurate. I recommend locating at least one wall stud for one of the three mounting screws. I used the middle screw. Unless your studs have an unusual spacing, you'll probably only be able to use one. But unit is light so that should be enough with the other two screws attached to anchors. After that, installation could not have been easier.
