When asked how they received them, the buyer didn't respond, only asked for IMEI numbers. Given the low cost per unit ($8), it's uncommon business practice to request such details. We offered to resend the "missing units," but received no reply

One advantage of getting Akai’s APC 25 Key controller (which will save you money) is it comes with the Lite version of Abelton Live. This way instead of dishing out $100+ on a DAW software as well as the MIDI, you get both in this awesome combo package. Saving money is always an added benefit to everyone. This product received a 4 stars out of because of little issues that are easily forgettable due to the many advantages it comes with. After a couple weeks of playing and using the MIDI controller, I noticed the keys on it do not play and bounce like your traditional keyboard or piano. The sensitivity of the hits on the keys can be misread, which makes some notes more quiet then others due to this. It’s a simple adjustment in the software that only takes a few seconds to adjust. The pros outweigh the very little con of the APC 25 Key. This product is something I would recommend to anyone and everyone who is interested in starting music production. The beginner level of it makes it easy to use, and easy to learn, only getting you ready to advance to your next MIDI controller

I actually didn't purchase this for myself I purchased it for my brother as he is trying to make music, he hasn't played with it a whole lot but from what he's shown me I can already tell that his music is going to improve greatly because of this product, I was a little iffy because its refurbished but when he used it he said there was no problem whatsoever with it, so great product!
