A good basic monitor that would meet the needs of most users.
Someone posted that this monitor only works with an older Microsoft Operating System. That statement is just absurd, as this is just not the case at all. I have owned more than one of these monitors, and have used them successfully with Windows XP, Windows 7 Professional, and Windows 8.1. The other reviewer probably just expected a much newer monitor at a price of thirty dollars. These monitors are rugged, reliable, and long lasting. Only a professional digital photographer, a digital video editor, a HD (1080p or above) quality film watcher, or a video game addict would need a higher grade of monitor. For your typical student, business person, writer, small business manager, number cruncher, web surfer, you tube, or news watcher, this monitor (like most pre-owned Dell monitors) is a solid ...
