Purchase three items over $900 one arrived broke. when I refused to accept at 50% off the seller made all kind of excuses why it cannot be sent back to Germany even though eBay has international policy with returns. He refused to send a label he did not want to pay the expense returning it to Germany. Then he suggested I send it to an acquaintance in the United States instead and when I sent the shipping rates he he insisted that I break it further to fitness into a smaller box. Claim opened.
