This knife is well made with quality steel, and looks like it will last a long time. I am surprised at your low price for such a good knife, I was impressed enough that I bought another model of OERLA, so I am testing two knives now!

A couple things that may or may not matter to you- You can see the CNC tool marks on the bevel and all around the knife, everywhere. The knife is small in the hand. My hands are bigger than average. The handle scales are not slick and do feel pretty good but the point on the hilt for the lanyard will chew your palm raw. It's a $30 knife so there is not a lot of extra finish work. If you have small hands and don't care if the surface looks like it was made by a metal eating beaver go for it. Good value for the price.
This is a very nice knife for the money. I love the Harpoon style blade and at 3/16” thickness it is very sturdy. It was razor sharp out of the box. The sheath fits well and has good retention. I have just three minor issues with this knife. First, it could use some jimping on the spine. Second, the scales need some texture. And third, the jury is out on the reliability of the belt retention of the sheath. This is a very nice knife for the money. I love the Harpoon style blade and at 3/16” thickness it is very sturdy. This is the second of these knives I've bought. It's very sturdy and well made. It's been my daily carry knife for over a year. The blade is thick and sturdy,holds an edge well. The sheath fits well and is very secure on a belt. Only reason I had to repurchase is because of how rough I am on it in my day to day at work. I lost one of the screws out of the handle and didn't notice it right away. If it hadn't been for that I'd still be using the same one. This time knowing how rough I am I think I'll take the handle screws apart and apply a little loctite. With that this one should last for quite a long time. If you need a knife for daily use no matter what the task is, I highly recommend oerla knives. Solid construction and a great value. This is the second of these knives I've bought. Seems to be of good quality - design, material, and craftsmanship/ I like that it is cryo-treated. I'm not one for very large knives, however I find it a little smaller than I would like.
