It was not only an already opened package but also the material was not only used but attempted to be modified by hacking the material with hand tools.     I love these collars and their packaging!

    First of all, the packaging was outstanding! You get two separate packaged collars in a resealable, reusable metal tin with lid. Each collar is 'One size fits all' - you just need to trim off excess collar length which is easy because the collars are made of soft rubber and you can adjust the tightness at any time thereafter. They came with adequate instructions and seem to work well after three days. No more scratching and each dog's collar extends to the rest of the pack because they all sleep together.

    That’s enough to say

    I use pet armor on my dogs decline squeeze on their body. I was highly disappointed in the quality in the flimsiness of the collars. I ended up throwing them away. I could not even make sense that my pups one is 40 pounds the other one is 23. I don’t know what the problem is but making it so flexible makes it very hard to fit your puppy. I got one on and they ripped it off in a matter of two minutes. The Sorrento collars are much better. I’m Sorry, I’m just being honest
