Nice product, great quality, perfect replacement.
Overall very good quality, essentially identical to the one I broke in our gas range/oven. They did not include instructions but the ceramic wire nuts are for reusing the old connector if it doesn't match the supplied connector. The wire nuts are remarkably high quality and really bit into the wire nicely. Overall was super satisfied with the product; especially considering it is 1/2 to 1/3 the cost of the OEM part and was indistinguishable from the OEM quality wise.Overall very good quality, essentially identical to the one I broke in our gas range/oven. Does not have a guard to protect it
I bought this element ignighter to replace the one on my Frigidaire model GLGF386DCE. It might have worked but if you drop it or bump it during the install YOU WILL BREAK IT. The element itself looks the same but I never got to turn it on because it is easy to break without the guard that my original one has. The photo on the left shows the broken element on the ignighter the photo on the left shows my existing one as I had to reinstall it for now. You can see that the guard runs the entire length of the element.I bought this element ignighter to replace the one on my Frigidaire model GLGF386DCE. New Replacement Oven Igniter for Frigidaire Gas Range
This was an after market oven bake igniter for our 11 year old Frigidaire gas range. The oven had stopped working as the gas would not come on. The part appeared to be absolutely identical to the original igniter. It was straightforward and easy to install. When we turned the oven on, the igniter glowed red and the gas came on like it should. It worked perfectly. The new part was very reasonably priced and arrived in just a couple days. One warning I saw on youtube said, “don’t touch the element or oil from your hands will ruin it”. I had already touched it so I wiped it with alcohol and let it dry completely before installation. Gas stove oven ignitor replacement..
Repair part was identical to original equipment at a great price Plus, it arrived within a few days from ordering. Fixing it myself probably saved me a hundred dollars or more then having a repairer install it. The stove also got a good (needed) cleaning in the process. Thanks
