Paid for items. Seller stated they were out of the color I ordered, wanted to substitute another color. I agreed on the new color, but seller never shipped. Horrible communication with seller after several attempts to resolve seller not shipping the product. Had to start an inquiry and just got my payment refunded(by eBay or seller, I do not know), with no explanation or information.

Still no communication.
eBay involved to resolve the matter. A refund was requested via eBay.
Only after eBay involvement, did the seller contact me. Stated that they had not switched on "holiday mode" and "Can I cancel your order and refund"
