The item sold was new in a sealed package. Upon return, we inspected and installed a battery precisely as explained to the buyer, and the item worked as intended. Typically we sell this low-cost item with a battery not included in the the description and still provide a fresh battery in the shipment. We still refunded the buyer in full no questions asked.

The item arrived in good conditions, it is just as described and works well. My only problem was the packaging. The package was kept closed with one single piece of weak tape that barely kept the packaging closed. Anyone could have stolen or damaged it if they wanted to. I got lucky this time and the item was undamaged, but another buyer might not be so lucky.
