I’ve checked the item it’s in working condition. The problem is I needed a pilot arc torch not a lift arc. He ad and video to the untrained eye lends itself to believe it’s a pilot arc. But after reading a few of his reviews I wasn’t the first one to think so. When I contacted him I assumed my responsibility that I didn’t ask him first but read our complete conversation you’ll soon see that he acts like he has no clue what I’m talking about and when it’s absolutely clear no response. He’s shady

Very fast postage , looked exactly as described , however the unit was faulty . Advised supplier of issues , bad pilot arc , supplier said to take cover off and adjust spark gap . This proved marginally better but pilot arc still hit and miss . Supplier sent replacement very quickly however this one was worse than the first . Advised supplier that both units had Cut 40 pc boards inside . These are not 65 amp plasma cutters , max output 38 amps, appear counterfeit . Supplier gave full refund .
