Received the wrong product due to the fact the seller described the wrong product. when asked to get the correct product that was described in the listing, they kept saying because of the price it was the correct product I received.
They wrongfully advertised a different product and would not exchange when I called them out. Horrible customer service and still have the wrong product. Do NOT recommend buying from this seller.

The DX3 pool cleaner I received was a refurbished unit, mistakenly listed as New. It was nicely packaged in a new box and looked near new, but wasn't what I ordered so it was returned for a refund. There was absolutely no fuss involved, In The Swim Pool Supplies were very easy to communicate with and sent me a new unit via overnight delivery. I would suggest that their customer service is nothing less than superb.
