    Better than nothing if price is low enough.

    This is affordable and works, sometimes better than more expensive hearing aids. When it wears out or gets wet it can be replaced cheaply. They are now hard to find in stores that used to carry them but if you find one on Ebay it does increase volume.

    Good Value

    I bought this for my 90 year old Mom who has sporadic heaing issues so doesn't need a hearing ai but needed some audio hearing volume help. Doesn't go around her ear all the way so she can keep it in and she's not using it so it depends on the person if this will work.

    You get what you pay for.

    Well, it really does amplify sound, but all sound around you too. And like similar products it sound like what you are hearing is coming from a tin can. But, you get what you pay for and this amplifier only cost me $12.00.
