The item arrived with an incorrect address and a completely different name, we called FedEx to come pick up the package as we didn't think it was ours and didn't want to open others mail. Later FedEx said it was the correct tracking number and asked us to open it and the box that sat on our table for 2 days ended up having the item we ordered inside.
