After it was relisted (and you bid on it) eBay somehow allowed that other person (days after that auction was cancelled for non-payment) to pay for the item. Since they had payed (and previously won this item in a prior auction), we fulfilled that commitment. We are sorry that we were not able to complete your auction and hope you understand.
