Super quick delivery, item was just as described. Luckily I have built many of these engine stands because it makes assembly easy. Unfortunately, the instructions to assemble are very small font and difficult to read and no instructions on how/when to attach the casters. Overall very positive experience. Thank You!! Pin holes did not line up. Countersunk bolts too much powder coating. Support bars do not line up and we’re not powder coated. Too big for me to ship back so fixed it myself but they only gave me little over 10% back. Instructions were vague and not complete. Chinese junk again being sold and Durapowers did zero QC on their product. Disappointed

Was concerned initially when my Ladder arrived. Appeared part of the system was missing. The seller explained the ladder kit was in two boxes. The other box arrived the next day. So far so good with the ladder kit. Packaging boxes looked a bit damaged but all the parts were there. So overall will give this seller an A+ for this purchase. Item as described, fast shipping, good communication when i had a question. Fed Ex was responsible for the second box delayed delivery.
