    Sound quality

    Although it produces considerably less hiss then previous brands I've used, the hiss is still there, as volume goes up. Although it works well for me, most of the time, I'd imagine not so well where higher volumes are needed. It would be easier to get batteries for, if the ones that came with it, where labeled. My pharmacist came up with AG13 as a fit and they seem to work just fine. Could stand a slightly longer tube from amplifier to earpiece also. Overall however it does produce better quality sound then curtain others, has multiple, interchangeable ear pieces and it seems to be of good quality. For the price, I'd call it a good bye. I can hear people speak again and that's what counts for me.
