OK, but I still have problems with TV using the new remote.
Did not fix sound problem with my Fire TV. Sound bar does not appear and sound can't always be adjusted using this remote. Same thing happened with my previous OEM remote. May be a Fire TV problem or an ISP issue.

when replacement is needed must go with original. the cheap after market remotes will work but will not pair to TV which will leave you dead in the water if you do a reset.
