Two different chairs were offered in the same listing and I ordered the wrong one. My fault. Wanted to exchange it for the other one, but free return shipping wasn't offered so I have to keep it. It arrived on time, and packaging was good. I still haven’t been able to put it together. The instructions are just small images. There are no words or steps to describe how to put the kennel together. So, yes, I would say worse than IKEA. That is how I have been describing it to everyone.
