It holds battery life well. Could be louder. Although not difficult to use, read the directions on how to make calls, otherwise learn by trial and error.

simple and easy to use, but it worked flawless for about 10 days and now it's constantly disconnecting and i am reconnecting about 4 times a day. i don't think my phone isn't working because i have an old blue tooth and that one works fine. I also carry my phone on me so i am never out of range.

This is by far the best Bluetooth ear piece headset I have ever owned. I drive an older Camaro stick shift and the CD player doesn't have Bluetooth capabilities. I also design and maintain websites, often talking to customers while typing, so a Bluetooth is a daily must have item for me. While it's called Explorer 55 I find devices with the round earbuds/earpads to be uncomfortable and they always feel as if they're about to fall out. The design of this earbud is perfect and do much more comfortable than the round ear pieces, and it also feels more secure. This is the 3rd Plantronics I've had and I purchase them specifically for the shape of the earbud. This one even beats out the Voyager and the Legend 330 I've had in the past, due to affordability and features. I had concerns about the plastic ear hook being to brittle or uncomfortable, but it's neither... very comfortable and appears sturdy too.Read full review

I have used the M70 for years and decided to buy this piece. The earpiece has poor sound quality, and is the most uncomfortable headset I have ever used. You must have a big ear cavity to fit it inside otherwise it will grab ur ear lobe. If u have never bought one of the explorer style before be careful and if u can find a spot to test fit it.
