Item was delivered quickly and safely. The Osprey appeared brand new, not sure about the remote. I had recently ordered a new remote which was enclosed in wrap and included batteries, this one did not. Maybe it WAS new but had been returned by someone? Have only had the stuff for several days but so far so good, everything is working well. It's MUCH easier to access Directv channels using this device than with Amazon Firestick. Leaving 4 stars due to not sure remote was new.

Item is description is misleading. I purchased a charger for my hp notebook, but received a different charger with an adapter at the end. The adapter does not fit snug and easily falls off. I asked for a return but the seller charges shipping that is more than half the price of the charger. Their description is misleading and their return policy is bad for buyers. I won't buy from this seller again.
