Tried contacting seller, as well as the brand tec support. IMPOSSIBLE. No phone Senior citizens need actual tec support to add correct drivers to accept plug and play CD rom. This computer also loses internet while sitting in front of the router. Not trying to do anything fancy. All other computers over the years has never had disconnecting as frequent. Also headphones constantly need to be disconnected and added back. Definitely not for mid 70's folks.
