Buyers Beware! This is a scam seller, wish I had looked before placing order. Waited for over 2 weeks before refunding me all but $.01. As a seller you get 2 options when you refund a customer on eBay which are Refund in Full or Issue Partial Refund. This item never shipped so it should have been a full refund. They had to issue a partial refund amount Manually so them keeping the penny was on purpose. Theft is theft.
