Excellent communication, bike was expertly packaged and arrived without issue, although the shipping price was about double what it should have been, which offset the demo discount a little. Otherwise, excellent transaction, pleased with the purchase and would use them again.

Thank you for the positive feedback, however i have to disagree with your complaint of our shipping prices. You were charged our flat rate fee of $199 for UPS ground shipping on a complete bike. That $199 cost is actually lower than what we paid to ship your bike in a box measuring 56x10x30 and weighting 34lbs from the the our shop in California to you in New York. Keep in mind that we also fully insure all shipments and require an adult signature for delivery (both of those are extra)
