    Great speakers but choose your application carfully.

    These are great speakers and have no complaints but really felt I needed to share my experience. I bought 2 6.5 speakers and 4 5.25 for my motorcycle and fitment was a issue. They are advertised and measured correctly but if you are installing these in fiberglass or plastic pods fitment may be a issue and trimming may be necessary as it was in my case. it seems like the outer edge of these speakers have a little more meat to them than the one I had installed previously so I had to trim the holes out on each pod about 1/8 of a inch bigger to make them fit. On a flat surface this would be easy but my fairings are molded fiberglass and counter sunk so it was quite a job. I am very happy with the results though it ended up being a lot more work than I expected. I am running a 4 channel 600 ...
