Items (Rhino Rack RLT600 quick mount legs, 4-pack) came as described in new condition. Much better price point from this seller than buying new through other outlet or other sellers on eBay. Used these to build a hybrid roof rack with Yakima HD bars and Rhino Rack mounts.
Maybe this is a tactic of some sellers on eBay, but this item always lists as almost gone. When I purchased there were 18 listed as sold, now at 32. Obviously not almost gone.
