Item was as described, no issues. The projector itself has a "light border" around the picture that bleeds past the screen border and onto the wall, but that is a ViewSonic thing (as confirmed by customer service), not a Verdi Commerce thing. I fixed it by making the picture slightly smaller on the screen so the light border doesn't make it past the screen border. Other forums recommend hanging dark cloth or velvet curtains on the side of the screen, which sounds like it would look nice anyway.

They do great work with their refurbished goods. It looks & works like new. I was contemplating a return due to the fact I didn’t like the picture in dark scenes. So I ask to return it and upgrade to the LS700HD. After receiving the LS700HD, we actually liked the cheaper model better and decided to keep it and return the LS. To this point they have worked with us through the process. I felt bad for having to send it back, but without firsthand experience your basing off nicely worded description
