Fast shipper. Product is far superior to the competition. One issue is the hose from the bag to the shower head is packed folded in half resulting in a permanent kink that cuts off the flow any time the shower head is lifted. We fixed it with heavy paper wrapped in packing tape around the hose. I wish I could figure out what the zip ties shipped with product are for as well as the plastic anchors on the back of the shower bag. Some instructions would be helpful.

It came on time, but it did not work properly. I could not use it at all in the end because it is not adjustable, unlike description claims and image was sideways. I spent a few hours with the tech guy at my job trying to fix it and it's ultimately broken junk. HOWEVER seller refunded immediately when I contacted him, and did not request that I send it back either. I sent several photos of it to the seller and was issued a full refund right away. It was the right thing to do, thank you seller!
