I have NO complaints. The seller communicated with me and did exactly as he said and I got the product BEFORE it was supposed to come and it was exactly as described! Package arrived within the promised time. Item in the exact condition that was expected and working perfectly. However, it was missing one filter. These filters are expensive ($94 retail price) and it's very difficult to find cheap alternatives. Left seller a message and within 24 hours, they had both called and emailed me. They ordered a new filter for me and had it delivered to my house with no charge. That's customer service at its best. I'm very happy with the whole experience.
