Interesting little hearing aid. I purchased because it was cheap, and my audiologist was recommending a bone conduction device. I tested the unit by playing sine waves through the speakers on my computer. Two runs were made through the audio spectrum, one without and one with the hearing aids (on maximum volume). The hearing aids improved sensitivity by about x2.5 in the middle of the audio range. I am not sure, however, that my ability to understand spoken words was improved.
