    Been using for years

    Started out using this gum years ago for my smokin' jones. It's made with Xylitol which is very good for your teeth. I have dry mouth and this is the only gum that doesn't stick to my teeth (the fake ones). Haven't had a cavity in years! So, three benefits for the price of one. Nice, light flavor. I highly recommend this product.

    Habirtol Nicotine Gum

    Soft to to chew which is easier on your jaw. Priced against even plain wrap brands it is a better deal. It runs out of flavor pretty quickly but the point is to curb the urge so it does fine for the right reasons. Can chew this for days...work great with alcohol too. lol

    Habitrol Classic 2MG Gum

    Best flavor of all nicotine gums in my humble opinion. The only problem is that the flavor is in the coating rather than in the gum, so it doesn't last as long as I would hope. I thought Habitrol stopped making their classic flavor, but it's good to see there are some around

    You can do it

    This can really help you quit smoking. I used it for a year while I gradually cut back from 2 packs a day to 1 cigarette a day down to no cigarettes. I still chew it when I get the urge to smoke. Not at all what doctors advise, but their methods didn't work for me. This did.
