3 grams is a lot of poppy seeds! First germination in 5 days. Germination percentage was not good, but my soil prep wasn't either. Excellent product, an eBay transaction doesn't get any better.

Thanks for the input 4stattrition. I need data like this to try and form a general "bipicture" of how each region of our nation fairs in papaver s. growth. I'm just a whacked out bio-chemist with a little experience growing poppies compared to a lot of citizen scientists out there. lol! >;-)

I appreciate your purchase and enthusiasm for growing poppies! I feel your decision to hold off the outdoor growing till Fall (with the 2 week stratification in the frige/freezer) is a wise choice.
