Unfortunately the subwoofer arrived not working correctly. I thought returning and trying to get a refund would be a huge headache - but that was not the case. I initiated a return and the seller was instantly available to message with. After I related the issues and asked for a refund, he agreed and had my payment refunded back to PayPal. While I'm disappointed the sub did not work correctly, I'm very happy with seller and the quick resolution.
