I’m not going to give this shop a bad review but when I tried to cancel this order it was denied?? After realizing it wasn’t the whole root I tried to cancel. This shop has a return policy but it’s not even worth the headache sending back, I just hoped we could cancel instead of sending product out anyways. This shop does have excellent quality herbs and would order again and recommend to others, I just wish they would have saved me the trouble and canceled this order instead of denying request
