Initially the seller shipped the wrong item. Upon contact seller shipped the correct item. The item is listed as "new" but neither item, the wrong one nor the right one appeared to be new. Both had smudges and water spots on the glass. The inside of the packaging for the correct item had mold and the case was cracked (which was shown in the listing). Given that I was not asked to pay shipping to return the incorrect item (I did so on my own) I rate this seller with a neutral.
