I was originally unsure what "New Seal" meant, ...never opened, and the original seal was intact, or the box was opened and then given a new seal to close. I was particularly concerned because the seller does not take returns, but with eBay's safety net eBay Money-Back Guarantee Policy, I felt more confident in ordering. Upon arrival, it appears it was new, never opened previously, and post set up the printer is printing. So, that is something to love.
