Product was as described though there was a slight scratch on the glass, but it isn't notable when powered up and with a screen protector on it. It would have been good to have noted in the description that is was purchased and used within a school district, though, as the stamp on the back indicated. Wouldn't necessarily have impacted my decision to buy, but would have been full disclosure as to the source of this. It came reset and clear, but I did a factory reset anyway. Good seller.

Item arrived in MUCH better condition than described! It literally looks brand new. I originally freaked a little because the USPS didn't scan the item when it was dropped off. Only when it was delivered. The iPod arrived the day it was stated on the auction. I had emailed the seller about this as I was worried and they got back to me in only 2-3 minutes... So AAAA++++ on communication also!

Item was well packaged, promptly shipped. It was as described in the listing, and in better condition than I expected. Plus, the battery took a full charge, which was a pleasant surprise. Either the seller tested it ahead of time, or I just got lucky! Seller did point out in the listing that the ios for this model is no longer supported by Apple, but all I need it for is play music on my motorcycle, which has a hard wired 30 pin plug. I have already synced it with my itunes.with no issues!
