love the camera but the item description said like “new” and it has very visible scratches. I know & that when buying an open box item you’re not receiving a new one but because I paid the same price as the new ones on the canon website I expected better conditions. This camera looks like it’s had 3 years of use; theres scratches, sticky residue, faded buttons, dog hair, etc, & they just sell it FULL price. I think it’s unfair & think if I can at least get some money back it’d be more worth it.
