Things to know so you can enjoy your new TV
Beach delivered my TV approximately 2-3 days after I purchased it. I hired someone to set it up, and I probably could have saved myself a lot of aggravation by doing it myself. You must have a 4k, HDR+ cable to connect from the cable box to the arc outlet on the side of the TV. If you have a sound bar, that will be quasi-manually connected every time you open the TV with a question regarding whether you want "Zvox connected." If so, it will connect and you won't hear from Samsung again until you reopen the TV. The audio on the TV is excellent so unless you are person like me who has hearing issues, you may not need a sound bar. I would suggest you go to settings to see what is offered and make sure that HDR+ is opened. Then go to Youtube and ask what are the optimal settings for ... There is a guide which shows how that is done. Also you can name your outlets so you don't get confused as to what you are opening. In a worse case scenario you can call Samsung and they will explain any confusing issues you might be having. It took me a week to master my new TV . I love it.

I do not like the speaker sound it is terrible. the LG TV has much better speaker's sound. The Samsung TV Picture image is great. The Menu control is not user friendly the old style is much better and easy to use and control.

I have had this unit in operation for a few weeks now. It set up very easily and recognized the PC input right away. (HDMI) I have an older video card (GTX 650) with one gig memory. However, running the PC at full 4K resolution works fine. For regular computing, a more robust video card is unnecessary. Playing games is where the extra horsepower of better video card would be nice. I can still play reasonable well at 1920 x 1080. Things still render quick enough and the action does not slow down. I'm waiting until next year for the price of the GTX 1080 series to come down off their $500 price level. All this bitcoin mining demand has kept their price high for longer than the norm. Visually, the big 40" screen is outstanding. You can scale the fonts easily. I sit only 3 feet away from the ... I have had this unit in operation for a few weeks now. I can have multiple pages open with a TV feed in one corner and other pages open at the same time. The screen Real Estate is amazing. I considered a 32" monitor but the tech differences were not apparent. This unit was actually less expensive than all of the 32" monitors I considered. It was an easy decision. I think I will be happy with choice. I have had other samsung products and have been happy with their build quality. I'm sure this one will turn out fine as well.

Beautiful picture
The TV was a good price and easy to set up. I did not realize it was a repackaged model or I may not have bought it. It was pretty obvious as there was writing in the instruction manual from whoever originally bought it. That was why i did not give it 5 stars. However, as I have had no problems with the TV, and was a good price, I will keep it. Already set up and has a great picture.

Anything in 4k or 1080p look nice. biggest thing that attracted me to this model was the stand. it's one piece, instead of two like most other models. I needed a 40 plus inch tv that could fit on a chest 33 inches across.Had this TV for a few weeks now. I like it, better than my previous TV. not difficult to setup if you are familiar with newer TVs. the screen looks pretty good. it reflects really bad.
