I purchased this stained glass window at a great price that included shipping. I was disappointed to see one of the panels cracked during shipping. Mailing something like this is risky and packaging method is key. Seller agreed to refund 40% of purchase price toward the cost of repair. Reasonable and fair eBay seller who I would recommend doing business with.
