Got these to evade an earbud ban at my work and since I have minor hearing loss I could "prove that I needed them" These have an amazing speaker and stupidly long battery life for bluetooth, and these do work as actual hearing aids however the mic on it is pretty bad so the hearing aid function is very robotic. Despite that you can tell whats being said. For my use its perfect. For a genuine hearing aid, the mic qualities just a bit too bad for me.
