Customer service is 10/10. Due to no fault of their own my package went from NY to CA and back to NY. I contacted them about it 12/23 and amazingly enough they responded on 12/24. They immediately dealt with the shipping situation, which was out of their control, kept in constant contact with me about it and were incredibly nice.
