Shipping was very good for the season. 5 days from order to delivery. The inverter was double boxed and the inverter box had foam protecting it from damage. I installed it to my back board and battery banks & loaded it up with a light AC load. So far So good! I plan to test more with load in the next few days. The remote was missing the battery so will need to pick one up to test the remote side. The inverter manual reference a 2000 watt inverter more than the 4000 watt ordered Thanks!
