Seller charged rate for Tracking service but paid just 90 cents postage to mail this, which was insufficient according to the Post Office, who stamped it with the current version of a POSTAGE DUE stamp (see attached photo), so I had to pay an extra 69 cents just to take possession of it! Seller blamed the error on the USPS and refused to refund any of the $4 I paid for postage. On top of everything else, the packet arrived 10 days later than Expected Delivery date. Just thankful it arrived!

Like we explained to you in a message Greg. This was a post office clerk error. When we showed the receipt to the Post Master at the post office this was sent from he explained that when it is a clerk error the post office never requires the receiving customer to pay the difference. As far as the package arriving late we're sorry but that is completely out of our control.
